We provide high-quality general orthopedic care and specialized treatment in the following areas:

When arthritis, knee or hip pain severely limits your ability to walk, work or perform even simple activities, knee or hip replacement may be considered. Of course, replacement is only recommended after careful diagnosis of your joint problem.
While surgery can be a first step in treating disabling joint pain, treatment is not complete without therapy and rehabilitation. We work closely with patients from initial consult through surgery and physical therapy. We strive to ensure every patient recovers to his or her full potential.
Sports Medicine
Lakewood offers comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for a wide range of sports-related injuries. We treat everyone from the seasoned professional athlete to the "weekend warrior."

Advanced Care
Othopedists on staff are committed to advancing their knowledge and skills. Their continued involvement in education and research, along with our investment in advanced equipment, enables us to practice some of the latest therapies in sub-specialty orthopedics.

From diagnosis to surgery to rehabilitation, Lakewood Regional Medical Center provides a continum of treatment and recovery services, including inpatient and outpatient care. Our programs are designed to help patients recover to their full potential in a supportive setting. The programs vary, depending on the individual patient's needs. Post-surgical care helps promote the high level of patient care needed to continually improve function.
Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation
Located within the Medical Center, therapy services are tailored to each individual's specific needs, starting with assessment, education and a customized therapeutic exercise program.
A team approach to treatment planning allows our specialists to address overlapping medical problems. We can also design and implement home programs to reinforce the physical and occupational therapies learned.
Occupational Medicine
Our program is dedicated to diagnosing, treating and rehabilitating employees and returning them to work. We will maintain communication with the employer and continually follow up on the employee's progress.
Community Lecture Series
Whether you're a trained athlete or a weekend warrior, caring for your joints is extremely important. Our program is a cooperative effort between the hospital and staff physicians who provide orthopedic services.
