Tenet Classic Portal

provides physicians with a broad-base of information – most importantly results data from a variety of disparate systems – and, it also includes quick reference tools such as a clinical library and prescription inquiry.

Specifically, Tenet Physician Portal consists of two primary pages: “My Portal” and “My Patients”:

“My Portal” gives users access to important communications from Tenet, control of staff and group information, and access to other corporate and hospital-based applications.

“My Patients” is the entryway to all patient specific data (as available by hospital) including face sheets; laboratory, radiology, and cardiology results; drug therapy and transcriptions.

Tenet Mobile Portal

Overview

  • Mobile URL: m.etenet.com
  • Physician Login: current eTenet user name & password

The Tenet Mobile Portal application provides physicians with much of the same data as the portal desktop application. It enables Physicians to view patient data anytime, anywhere. Practitioners will have access to the following data within Mobile:

  • Census
  • Results (i.e. the same results available on the desktop version with the exception of Pharmacy)
  • Encounter History
  • Patient Search
  • Recent Orders

Horizon Patient Folder (HPF)

HPF is an electronic patient medical record (EMR). Since the chart is scanned into the computer using Document Imaging, the patient’s chart is accessible anytime from any computer, including in your home or office. 

The entire chart, including physician’s orders and progress notes, assessments, vital signs, and signed consents can be viewed in HPF.

It allows physicians to electronically sign and complete charts.
