STROKE SUPPORT GROUP

A support group for stroke survivors, along with a support group for family members and caregivers, meets weekly for 1-1/2 hours in Long Beach.
Led by trained facilitators, discussions offer information about stroke as well as provide opportunities to share problem solving tips and community resources related to stroke.
